Crescent School
Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 3:00PM | Yuill One of my favourite projects of 2008 was for Crescent School in Toronto. They had a beautiful oversize White Oak tree dropped over a year ago - we were able to chainsaw mill this 250 year old giant into 3" slabs that their woodshop (though Mernosh Posanji) will be making into exquisite heirloom coffee tables for their annual fundraising auction. Talk about local, sustainable, heirloom, furniture... this is it.
