Unlike typical projects where Yuill McGregor designs and builds homes that cater to his client's lifestyle, Yuill is challenging himself by designing and building a home with no client in mind!

Yuill intends on converting this once derelict home into a green multiple family dwelling, complete with radiant in-floor heating, high efficiency appliances, lighting and mechanical systems and of course, North on Sixty's own FSC Certified lumber in the form of cabinetry, built-ins and flooring.
