Unlike typical projects where Yuill McGregor designs and builds homes that cater to his client's lifestyle, Yuill is challenging himself by designing and building a home with no client in mind!

Yuill intends on converting this once derelict home into a green multiple family dwelling, complete with radiant in-floor heating, high efficiency appliances, lighting and mechanical systems and of course, North on Sixty's own FSC Certified lumber in the form of cabinetry, built-ins and flooring.

Eurolite has long been a fan of North on Sixty's work. We've now partnered to showcase our furniture in a boutique setting within their impressive international lighting showroom. Here you'll find tables, flooring, panelling, custom light fixtures, cabinetry, accessories and construction ideas to begin or complete your renovation. Eurolite's staff are keen to answer any questions about North on Sixty's products and services. Watch for a grand opening in September!

Wychwood Park Room Transformed

This room now functions as home office, media room, library and bedroom. Integral bookshelves, night tables, hanging storage, desk, filing cabinet, and of course a Murphy bed. The cabinetry wood is FSC reclaimed quartersawn white oak and white oak panels. The desk slab is made of a white oak taken down due to Gypsy Moth infestation 8 years ago at St-Georges Golf and Country Club. Two separate dimmers control micro MR16 spots for independant bed time reading (with minimal light spill).
