ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
$40,000 – $75,000
Minimum 5 years of experience in design / project management in residential construction.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Office 365, OMB code. Knowledge of Revit, sketch up.
Duties include takeoffs for pricing, site measuring and CAD drafting, tech/admin support, logistics, procurement, proposals and invoices, spec writing, draft permit drawings and applications, and customer service.
The ideal candidate is highly driven, undaunted by challenging deadlines, and always guided by integrity.
They have strong interpersonal skills and team orientation with flexibility and resilience in dealing with a variety of different personalities.
Work to take place in the owner's home basement with a separate entrance (Bloor & Bathurst area). Since the beginning of the pandemic, the family has been working at home keeping the same very small bubble. We are able to work at a safe distance.
